All Sondpex branded products carry a 1 year limited warranty from the date of original purchase, unless otherwise specified on the product manual's warranty page. Warranties are non-transferrable, meaning that items that are purchased used are not covered by a Sondpex warranty.
Certified refurbished Sondpex products purchased directly from Sondpex, or from an authorized dealer, will carry a warranty that is specified on the product detail page at the time of purchase.What does the limited warranty cover?
The limited warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the warranty period. At Sondpex's discretion, we will either repair or replace products or components of a product that are proven to be defective. Damage to products resulting from improper use or abuse is not covered under this warranty.How do I file a warranty claim?
- Locate your dated proof of purchase. You will need to send us a copy of this proof of purchase. This can be a scan of a physical store receipt, or an online order confirmation email.
- Submit a ticket at this link. To expedite the process, please attach your proof of purchase using the "Attach a file" button. If you don't attach one, you can send one in later.
- Keep an eye out for an email with further instructions, from our support team. Please give our team 2 business days to reach out to you. To communicate with our support team, you just have to reply to the latest email from them.

Return Policy and Process
We accept return requests up to 21 days after your purchase has been delivered. To submit a return request, login to your Sondpex.com account here. Once you're logged in, click on My Returns. If you have an order that is eligible for return, it will appear on this page.
We will issue a full refund upon receiving your return shipment. In order for a full refund to be issues, your returned item(s) must be returned in their original packaging, with all included accessories. If a product is returned in damaged condition, and was not damaged during shipping, we reserve the right to refuse or reduce a refund.
If you're trying to return an order because you received a defective item, we'd ask that you get in touch with us through our support site. We will make it right by repairing or replacing your purchased items.
